This company emerged from the need to care for our loved ones due to aging, Chronic Illnesses, Genetic Disorders e.t.c and still go to our jobs and engage in day to day activities without stressing over their care knowing that they are in good hands.
Also as a Registered Nurse working in Nigerian hospitals, I saw the need to have a steady bed side carer as the family member of the patient is not always around as they might have gone to work or for an important event leaving the patient alone.
Family care givers often fail to seek help, which adversely affect their health and wellbeing.
We are here to ease your burden of caring for your loved one and allow you to be family to your loved one instead of carer.

Our caregiver is always beside your loved one in the hospital to assist with thier activities of daily living (ADL's).

In the case of an emergency with a loved one and you’re not around, you can contact us and we deploy a carer immediately to the hospital or home.
We have a team of registered Nurses in our company recruiting and training our carer so as to deliver a professional care to our clients.
At MMA CARE SERVICES LTD, we ensure the security of our customers by exposing our staff to police clearance to be sure that our customers are in good hands as well as resident survey of our customers to ensure our staff safety as well.
We Provide services during normal business hours and also will be available for on-call emergencies 24 hours, seven days a week.
Based on our core values one word that could describe our values is “growth.” We are seeking to find growth on every level of our operations.
Of course, we have our challenges such as managements of staff but we are already putting a solution in place for a better staff management.
Also Lack of brand identity and image. As a start-up business, currently lack a brand identity and image. We need adequate time to create awareness of our company.
As the Nigerian population continue to age, the demand for home care and companionship is expected to significantly increase which is a great opportunity to meet these needs.
We intend to utilise the opportunity of lack of dormant competition and build good name at client’s satisfaction.
Surely, things will change overtime as we expands. This could take on many different forms but being able to recognize or visualize the opportunities ahead of time is important.
Some threats we’re facing right now include; Recruiting, hiring and retaining quality, professional staff pose substantial risks. We conduct extensive candidate research and background checks to eliminate some of the risks associated with employee recruitment and retention. Because studies predict patients will outnumber caregivers in the near future, there’s need to position the agency as an attractive place to work with competitive and fair pay benefits.
